Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. Marvellous and convenient location to the centre of Cairns. - Really close to numerous eating and shopping venues, shop, and waterfront restaurants.

The availabilty of vacant rooms was greatly appreciated. The establishment of the restaraunt at the ground level floor was considerably a good option to be made available also.
The design of the car park facility was ok, but it could have had a better design to accomodate more guests. Perhaps more area could be purchased to accomodate more guests, and a the option of providing a larger entrance for larger vehicles. e.g, the late model design of Ford transit vans, Toyota hiace and Mercedes vans, which some families may have for a family vehicle. This is just a suggestion, as it could assist with generating more interest from customers/guests for future stays.

Not a lot! Its location to town was handy, it had undercover parking and the girl on reception in the day was good.
Paid for a seviced holiday apartment, I asked twice for the room to be serviced with the operators and never done. when I did get someone up to the room they rehung the dirty towels, didn't do the bed and didn't restock the tea/coffee. what he did do was tell me "no no, the apartment is private, you dont get serviced. then proceeded to ask me where the hand towel was accusingly. one minute they dont own the apartment and we dont clean, next where's our bloody linen gone! Overall left a nasty taste in the mouth. all along the same street all the aprtments are on cheaper standby rates with much better service.oh, and they were doing maintenance on the ajoining apartments and it started raining through the bathroom ceiling! Dump, dont bother!!

Possibly the best and excellent stay on a business trip. What a marvellous and easy location still within walking distance of the town centre! 3. Not far from numerous eating and shopping venues. 4. Close to the esplanade and Cairns for an important meeting the next day.

We got there the room had a double and single they had to provide a fold out bed for a weeks accom this was not acceptable. We booked this hotel as they advised they could cater for 3 single beds. This accommodation was in the central location on the mountain side. What's more, it was just next door to the centre of Cairns, the main shops, bars and restaurants and the lagoon, bar/restaurant part of town.

Simon
This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the marina and esplanade, making it easy to access all the attractions and for business purposes, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

At least Sheridan street was quiet during the evenings and there was a rental car company downstairs which became convenient. Cleaning staff made attempts to keep the place clean and serviced.
Too far away from basic food outlets when staying without a car. The fridge was a 3 legged piece of junk and the mouldy carpet in the main room was siliconed down near the bathroom wall.
